TMZ reported that someone breached George Clooney’s property in Italy and took pictures of a 13 year-old guest topless as she was changing inside his home.
Two of the magazines reportedly published the pictures, and Clooney says he’s gunning to sue both the mags and the photographer who took the pictures.
“We’re suing two magazines AND a photographer. I don’t know about the law in the United States but in Italy it’s illegal for photographers to climb over my wall and to take long lens pictures of a 13-year-old girl in her bedroom.
I draw the line of privacy at that.”
–George Clooney
Poor girl.. I think the photographers mistakenly believed she was Clooney’s girlfriend (Elisabetta Canalis) inside his home, not an underage guest. But whatever it is, I agree paparazzi have stepped way out of line.

Yikes…Yeah, they definitely stepped out of line.
Good for George – these paparazzi just don’t seem to know where to draw the line. Sure he’s a celebrity but come on! That doesn’t give these people license to invade his home and take pictures of house guests of any age. That in this case it was a teenage girl makes the whole thing utterly disgusting.
